Following conversations with Samsara, we have now agreed on a date for our joint 40 man LFR raid into Molten Core for the 10th Anniversary event.
As it is reasonable to assume that most people will need a few weeks to level and gear up following the expansion launch, we decided to hold the event during December. Samsara requested we hold the event on a Wednesday as it is the day of the week they tend to have more people available to raid - which generally seems to be the case for us as well, so I have agreed to this.
This then excluded the last two weeks in December, as they were Christmas Eve and New Years Eve .. some people may possibly have plans in the real world for those nights 
We have therefore settled on the 10th December at the usual Samsara raid start time of 9pm server time. This also gives us the possibility of pushing the raid back a week if not enough people are ready, or even possibly doing it a second time, if people feel the urge

In respect of communication during the event .. neither ourselves nor Samsara currently have a server big enough to host 40 people. Samsara are initially going to look into extending their server temporarily for the event, however, if they are unable to, we will organise it ourselves.

Please note that currently we are still using our Ventrilo server as default. You will be notified of any change to that once we have organised and tested the alternative thoroughly, and had time to create a guide.
