Blizzard have given more details about the tuning and gear requirements/expectations for Blackrock Foundry ... essentially they're expecting people to start into the new raid in virtually full Highmaul Normal gear (for Blackrock Normal). Which means 650-655 ilevel minimum for the first few bosses.
