Guild Rank/Repairs Update

As our vault funds are fairly healthy at the moment, I've increased the amount of repairs people can use on a daily basis.  Obviously don't go overboard .. the amount we get in on a weekly basis won't cover out-goings if everyone uses their entire repairs allocation in a day .. never mind a week's worth .. but then we don't all fall off cliffs on a daily basis

I'll keep an eye on things and, if it looks like too much is going out, too quickly, I'll readjust.
