As we're fast approaching Legion I'm giving people prior warning that, at some point in the next few weeks or so, I'll be having a late "Spring clean" of the roster - any member that has not been online for 6 months or more (2 months or more for those in the bottom rank) is potentially likely to be removed from the roster.
Please note that this is any MEMBER, not character. If you have characters that haven't been on for months or years, as long as they have a note in the roster notes that they're your alt, and you've been online within 6 months (or 2 months if none of your characters are above bottom rank) on ANY of your marked alts or main, then don't worry, you'll be safe.
Therefore, please ensure all alts are marked as such, correctly. If you have any problems or questions, let me know.
If you are currently having a break from the game, are still in the guild and wish to remain in the guild, and think your characters may possibly qualify for removal, please let me know and I'll ensure they are kept.
I will also start looking at removing those in the "MiA" list, working on the assumption that, if people were going to come back to the game after a considerable time away, the new expansion would be the time to do so.
Anyone currently on the MiA list, who isn't intending to come back within the next week, but still wishes to remain a member, please let me know.
Anyone who is completely removed from the guild, who wishes to return, will need to reapply in the usual way on this website (although there will be a week or so grace period where they can speak to me for a re-invite, just in case someone got removed by accident!).
Please note - once Legion arrives and we are no longer at "max level", all characters currently in the "Werewolf" rank will be placed back in their relevant Wolf/Wolf Alt ranks.
The Werewolf rank will then be repopulated once we start raiding, and we see who is eligible to be there.
