Can I please remind people that they are required to read the Guild Rules and, even if they don't know them off by heart, have a working knowledge of the general gist of the rules. If you're not sure about something, please do refer to the rules (or ask an officer or high ranking guild member).
Today I've had to remove someone from the guild as they had removed multiple stacks of items from multiple sections of the guild vault, irrelevant to their character class or professions, some of which was then discovered on the Auction House for resale.
Regardless of your access rights and which sections of the vault you have access to, the standard guild rule applies:
Fair Use Policy: The guild bank vault is just that, a bank vault for the benefit of members of the guild. Please DO NOT remove items from the vault to benefit other characters not in the guild, or for resale. All items withdrawn by a member must be for the sole benefit of that member (or the guild), either something that member will wear or utilise in some way personally. If you are unsure, please ask prior to withdrawal.
For further information on how the guild vault works, including access rights, please read the Guild Vault section in our guild rules. As stated there, each rank has certain access rights. As long as you adhere to the fair use policy (above), then if you're able to remove something from the vault, you're welcome to do so - you don't need to ask. If you're unable to remove something from the vault in a specific section that is due to your guild rank. Please don't ask for items that are inaccessible to you.
