Following my previous post a couple of weeks ago, I think we've now had time to integrate well with our newer members, so I have therefore decided to re-open recruitment.
I am not going to go "all out" currently - being more selective about where recruitment is open, to initially ensure we don't get an influx (or at least try to avoid the possibility!). I'm aware that one or two of you have in-game friends that would like to join - feel free to ask them to fill in an application. When they do, you're also able to comment on that application (it will show up in the Applications forum) in order to speak up on their behalf. If there are any problems with the application process, please do let me know, as I had a lot of different options to re-enable to start recruitment again - there's a possibility I missed one 
I'd also like to stress that, because of the way we organise raids, we do not have a set raid team, we do work on a first-come first-served policy for sign-ups for raids - and at the moment our raids and those who want to raid are fairly maxed out. As more people get their characters to the relevant level, we may end up with more people being on standby, unable to raid. So anyone who does join needs to be aware that we cannot guarantee them a raid space.
For those who do end up staying on standby, I will do my best to ensure they're picked first for the next available raid (or the next one they wish to attend). This is only an option for those who are placed on standby and turn up at raid start time ready to raid - our policy for those on standby is that they're there potentially to fill in any relevant-role gaps if someone is unable to attend.
