Winter Veil is here now until the start of January and Blizzard Watch have made a short post giving details of anything new this year:

New this year are:

• Disposable Winter Veil Suits toy that lets you deck out an entire raid in holiday finery.
• Find an Endothermic Blaster under the tree, which grants the achievement Brr… It’s Cold in Here.
• Miniature Winter Veil Tree has been upgraded to ilevel 835, making it a solid option for your undergeared, dagger-wielding alts.
• The Finely-Tailored Green Holiday Hat drops from Illysana Ravencrest (Black Rook Hold) and King Deepbeard (Eye of Azshara), while the Finely-Tailored Red Holiday Hat drops from Talixae Flamewreath (Court of Stars).
• Greatfather Winter is handing out useful gifts this year: chat with him for 500 order hall resources.
• Visual updates to holiday decor, plus new snowglobes in the major cities.
• The Abominable Greench now scales to your level, so watch out.

And for those attempting to complete the BB King achievement having trouble because Vol’jin and Varian are gone, a CS agent has told Reddit user Alibambam that it’s no longer completable. However, if you missed out on snagging this one in the past, there’s always the possibility Blizzard will hotfix it before the event is over.

As usual, players looking to turn this holiday into profit should head out and farm Small Eggs. They’re needed to make Gingerbread Cookies and Winter Veil Egg Nog, and always in demand on the auction house this time of year. That’s right: even Goblins Grinches can find joy in this holiday season.
