According to Blizzard Watch, there is a pretty cool event this week in WoW to celebrate 20 years of Diablo:
The celebration is based around Treasure Goblin mobs that seem to spawn somewhat randomly. They can spawn outside in the Broken Isles or in dungeons of any difficulty, and killing them opens a portal to an instanced farm full of, you guessed it, evil bovines. Their dark master, the Cow King, is a rare elite who drops various toys and loot to help celebrate 20 years of people killing things for loot. It’s the circle of Diablo, ultimately. Loot includes the Twelve-String Guitar which plays a version of the Diablo theme, the Livestock Lochaber Axe, and the Horadric Satchel.
The event runs until January 11th, so you have about a week to get in there and see it for yourself. Hopefully the Treasure Goblin won’t glitch out on you.
