For additional information on how the ranks work, please see that section in the guild rules.  If you believe there has been a mistake, feel free to reply below and I'll look into it.

If anyone regularly raids and was already (prior to today) at the Wolf/Wolf Alt rank, please let me know.  Anyone who regularly raids and who has been promoted today to the Wolf/Wolf Alt rank will then be reviewed at the next set of promotions.

I think I was wolf rank before, but I can only say that I raid regularly raid when I am home from work, so I will raid again from beginning of may and 10 weeks ahead :-)

Yes looks like you're probably Wolf rank at the moment.  If, next time I do the roster updates, you've started raiding regularly with one or more of your characters, then they should be put up to Werewolf rank.

What i mean is that according to guid roster, I am now Juvenile with Blackweed and cup with my alts. As to I was wolf rank before :-)

hmm tried to insert a screen shot of the guid roster - characters, but only a bunch of text turned up, so I must have done something wrong.

Did you leave the guild then come back? Or go MiA and then come back?  Either of those would have reduced your rank .. the former would have resulted in you starting back at Pup (first rank), the latter starting at Cub (second rank).

 Hmm .. I've checked the roster updates and you're right, Blackweed was promoted to Wolf.  Is that no longer the case?  I'll check when I get online.  The only reason (other than misbehaviour, which certainly wasn't the case in this instance!) for a reduction in rank is if you left then came back, or if you got put into the MiA rank - but unless you specifically asked for MiA, there's not been enough time to automatically put you there (that normally happens when someone hasn't been online for several months (on average, around 6+) and we think/know they'll be back).

If you're not a Wolf now, and neither of the above options happened, then there must have been some accident take place :p  Don't worry, I'll look into it for you.

Blackweed .. I've just been online and checked .. as far as I can tell, your main and all of your alts are at the Wolf rank.  If any of your alts are not at Wolf (or Wolf Alt) rank, please let me know. 

The onus is on the respective member to ensure that all alts are marked correctly.

Tried to make it cropped but it keeps showing the full screen picture :/(

As you can see on the guild roster, blackweed is still juvenile. I have not been able to log on yet, maybe tomorrow we will be in range of some better internet so i cannot check if it is different online. Maybe it is since you checked it and could see that I am at the "normal" rank online :-)

Ahh .. that's the website roster.  In theory it *should* be the same as in-game, however, for some time now it has not been updating correctly.  It has been reported several times to the website hosts, but so far we've not had a fix.  I'll try and do a manual update to see if it updates - I was holding off on manual updates to allow the website hosts the option to check to see if the automated one had been fixed.

I've reminded our host about this issue again and have the following reply:

Hi, sorry Brian has been very busy. He says he has a patch for the auto import issue but needs to be reviewed by a senior developer before it's pushed out to the site. I'll stay on top of the issue and push for them to get it released by next week. Thanks for your patience and sorry again this has taken sooooo long.

Have just been online on Mukhan and can see he is still Wolf alt, so i think the rest will be good too :-D
