As we've had a lot of discussion about this recently, and some obviously missed the forum post where I mentioned it .. please see below my intentions for our raiding going forward:
- Wednesday 26th September. Same as this week .. Normal Uldir, 340+ ilevel.
- Friday 28th September. Same as this week. Continuation Uldir Normal if we don't finish on Wednesday, Heroic if we do. 340+ ilevel.
- Wednesday 3rd October. Uldir Heroic. 355+ ilevel. (I realise .. for those who read the forum post .. that I'd suggested 350 for this, but that seems unfair).
- Friday 5th October. Uldir Normal. 340+ ilevel.
The latter two will continue until we feel the need to change again.
The reasoning behind the first two dates is simply because they were already up on the calendar and it felt unfair (and difficult to manage) a change in requirements/level once people had started signing up.
It's also worth noting that we have only done a few weeks of Uldir Normal and, to be honest, we've kinda cheesed some of the tactics .. which means we do need more practice. And it's easier to practice getting tactics right on Normal than Heroic.
If you are unsure of any of the tactics .. you felt you were taking too much damage, or confused about something, etc .. please do review the tactics prior to turning up.
Please do check the requirements needed for any raid, ensure that AT THE VERY LEAST you have flasks, and the smaller enchants/gems for everything that can take them. Ideally we should be starting to get into the position where we can use the maximum gems/enchants, although I realise that can still be a bit difficult.
Please do not sign for a raid unless you have every intention of attending, from the very start to the very end, and that you fulfil the gear/preparation requirements. If you find you've signed for a raid but then cannot make it .. let us know!!!!
Please ensure you're on the raiders list and, if you main spec a healer or a tank, that you're on the respective rota. You can view those here:

If you want to be added or removed from the raiders list, please fill in that form. If you would like your entry adjusting (change of role, for example) please use that form. Please ensure you include your "main" name (remember, this is just the "main" name given to you on our roster in-game, it doesn't necessarily actually have to be your "main" ... usually this is the first character you joined us with) as well as the character name you're wanting adding/removing/amending.
If you're unsure .. ask. We know there's a lot of info, and it can be confusing .. better to ask and we're happy to help.
