As you will know, this expansion so far we've regularly had a rota system for both the tanks and healers of the guild.
Due to various reasons, including natural wastage, time zone complications, the expansion blues and people moving on, we now have a lot less people vying for these places. I think healers we're still currently okay with numbers, although of course it will be difficult to tell until the new raid comes out and people suddenly feel the urge to raid again (!), albeit with fewer of them, but tanks we're still looking for more.
For these reasons, I've decided to suspend the rotas for both tanks and healers temporarily. This may continue for a while, or it might be reinstated once we start on the new raid - we'll just have to see what happens.
In the meantime ... ALL roles will now be accepted on a "first come, first served" basis. The roles you will be selected for will be based on the role priorities shown on our raiders list: http://www.darkwolves.eu/sections/general_info/raiders?gid=180473 ... if this is incorrect, please let me know.
If you sign up, and all the roles have already been taken by people signing before you, assuming there are spaces available for one of your backup roles as per the raiders list, you should be given the option to take that space. This does depend on (a) when you signed and (b) if I can get hold of you. Signing up the day of the raid, but then not being contactable during that day means other people may well get priority.
