[Poisonenvy]

Apparently there are a few bugs that have been announced since the latest patch, including a problem with the Gearscore addon that causes your "chat" to disappear (this can be fixed by either disabling the addon or updating it) and a change in UI scale (to fix this go to your main menu in-game, Video, then Advanced, and enable the UI slider scale to adjust to your preferred scale).
