Weekly Valor Points

Following the recent news about being able to earn Valor Points in the first seven heroics run each week, rather than the first one each day, there seems to be some confusion about whether or not you can only gain VP's from the first seven of any combination, or from the first seven of each type of instance. Initially the impression was that it woud be the former, however, this screenshot taken from the test realm for MMO-Champion possibly shows otherwise:
