As some of you may remember, a few months ago we moved website from WowStead to this one. At the time Wowstead was suffering from major instability and reliability issues, together with a very poor customer service.

I mentioned last night that I had been having problems again with them, due to the old website still being there, albeit in as cut-down form as I could make it - their policy was not to delete sites, or even make them dormant, but simply to let them sit.

Due to their past record of things on the sites not remaining the way you left them, I've been revisiting the old site occasionally, and discovered a new widget had been installed, asking for money.

To cut a long story short(ish!) - I asked for help removing the widget and ended up being banned from Wowstead. They have also deleted all my posts, removed my private messages and deleted our old website. To be honest their actions over the last few days have totally justified to me our move to Guildlaunch.
