Following my previous news article regarding the problems I've had with Wowstead, more updates on this news story can also be found on my blog. I have been scattering around various comments about how impressed I've been with Guildlaunch (our current host) compared to wowstead, and have had some response.

Initially I was contacted by "Matticus" of Wowinsider and "World of Matticus" blogging fame, where we exchanged several messages regarding the differences on various guild hosts, mainly spurred on by his recently becoming employed by Enjin, another guild host.

I have also been contacted by the CEO of Curse, although that was just a brief contact (mainly because I didn't see his tweet until 4 days later!) and we shall see if anything comes of that.

But the most relevant contact for you guys, has been from Guildlaunch, who has given us 6 months promotional upgrade for promoting their site. I'm not 100% sure what this means for the site at the moment, other than you will no longer see adverts. I'll have to spend some time investigating further
