I think he's brilliant, the way he casually brings stuff out of his cupboards and fridge that he just happens to have lying around ... big chunks of parmesan, giant whole horseraddish, rediculous amounts of seeds, nuts, fruit, veg ... I'm only just getting used to regularly having eggs on hand!
