In all likelihood, patch 4.3.3 will be arriving this week. The patch is basically a bug fix, however, if you have been using the trial of the new 64bit client (you will know if you have it, as you will have had to specifically download and install it into your World of Warcraft folders), you need to remove the newer 64bit files in order for the patcher to work.
There is a list of the files that are needed to be removed, together with a link to enable you to download and install a new version of the 64bit client after the patch, on the following page:

Didn't know there was a 64-bit client of Wow. What are the benefits ? Die faster ?

Haha quite possibly Pan - I'm not sure either. I've heard some people say that WoW runs more smoothly with it (but then others didn't notice a difference) - of course you need a 64bit computer with, I'm assuming, a 64bit operating system too.
In theory, if I understand it right (and there's no guarantee), any parts of the game that require your computer to do the work should work faster.
