ok stupid question that I should probably know (learn your class I hear people shout) but in the logs, why am i only active for 71% ? I must be missing a trick somewhere, pretty sure i wasn't sat on my hands for 30% of the time in there

I am guessing its my lack of HOTs but more than likely me being a dunce.

Probably just down to the type of fight - I'll have a look at them in a bit, but sometimes I'll be frantic for 5 mins and then do nothing for a few mins - especially on that second boss where, when dps are off going for an ooze, they're usually topped up before they're out of range and then I have no healing to do until the next "phase" starts.

I think what you may have been looking at was overall - so over all boss fights, AND patrol fights, that was your down time. However, if you look at the successful Morchok fight that shows your active time as nearly 90% - and the other 10% could easily be covered by the whole "running about" thing and when we're on the "black cloud" bit where, unless someone nearby needs healing, you have a bit of a breather.
