Guild Rules - Reminder

Can I please remind those members who are able to invite new members, of our rules in this regard:

1. If it is an alt of a current member, feel free to invite - please ensure you mark down the persons "main" character name in the new characters notes.

2. If it is a "real life" friend of family member of a current guild member, please refer the request to an officer. If one is not online at the time, you can invite (assuming the current guild member who they are related to/friends with is online and approves, at the time).

3. If it is an in-game/online contact of a current guild member, or anyone else, ask them to apply via the website. This will involve them filling in an application form, replying to any queries, and waiting for a formal acceptance. Once they have received their acceptance, they may then ask for an invite into the guild, referring to their accepted application on the website.

Should anyone be invited to the guild without following the above process, they run the risk of being removed from the guild without warning.
