I noticed that the narrator said the flex raid is adjustable for between '10 and 25 players'. Must admit, I thought it might be a a bit more 'flexible' than that

Yeah, it would have been nice. They have always said it would be between those numbers, but for some time there was a rumour that they may be able to tweak it down to a minimum of 8. I guess they didn't.
