Latency Issues Update

Blizzard have issued some updated information via Twitter regarding the problems many people have had over the last few days, as follows:

Latency issues should now be resolved. If you are experiencing latency on your realm, please report it in-game.
Battle.net Account Management is operational and Character Services are now available to use one again.
There will be delays on transactions initiated during the issues, we are working on processing these as soon as we possibly can.
Our community websites and forums are currently down (including The Armory). The Mobile Armory is also unavailable at this time.
We currently have no ETA on a fix, but due to the serious nature of the technical issues, they will most likely not return today.
Due to these issues, customers emailing us for help may experience response delays. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
