The following have been removed from the guild due to a long term absence:

They are welcome to reapply if they wish to join again in the future. If any are your alts, please let me know ... and please remember to ensure your alts are marked as such on the in-game roster to avoid being removed prematurely.
The following have been placed in the MiA rank:
Crunchalots, Lloryl, Waldmage
These members have had their alts removed and their "main" retained in the MiA rank because we consider it possible they may be back. These members do no have to reapply if they come back, and can get any alts re-invited. Once/if they come back, they will be moved out of this rank to the Cub rank.
That reminds me: I noticed you hadn't moved my Paladin and DK (Erinys and Garmak respectively) from Pup to Wolf Alt yet since you reeled them in. Been meaning to touch base about it, but either I missed you online or I forgot all about it. Would you sort it next time you've got a moment available, please? :)

Ah yes .. I obviously missed them, sorry. I did do some that I'd missed before, but had forgotten to go through properly. I'll stick it on my "to do" list together with assigning characters to website members - just prod me if I forget

I've just checked those two characters .. Erinys got promoted at the same time as I did the other promotions above (I just don't mention all of the alts I put in "Wolf Alt" rank because it would make the list silly-long).
Garmak wasn't noted as your alt so was being treated as a new member .. I've now changed the note and promoted it to Wolf Alt.
I can't tell if it was me or someone else who invited that particular character in the guild .. if it was me, I apologise for not putting the note on, I can only assume I was trying to multi-task at the time and failed. The onus is, however, on the "owner" of the alt to make sure their "main" is marked against any alts

Yeah, it was you both times - others I asked were too busy to even reply to me, hehe. As for the note bit, I agree... I checked it with Erinys, you had the note up quite quickly - with the DK I assumed it was all good as well and didn't think to check it myself. Imagine, I just had that much faith in your meticulousness!
